CHURCH WILL BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT ON SUNDAYS
for the foreseeable future...

SO here are a few guidelines:
Please follow the instructions from the wardens and staff.
PARKING will be OPEN at the HALL as it is restricted at the church to those who are less able bodied. We are asking if possible to drop off and pick up, as there will be a wider area cordoned off to aid social distancing when entering church.

TOILETS are ONLY available at the Hall before and after the service for a few minutes.

SEATING: Seats must be filled from the front to the back. You can only sit in the pews marked, to comply with 1 metre distance that we, as a church, will be using. Those living together, must sit together (Sorry about that )
HAND SANITISING is on entry and exit in the church and hall.
FACE COVERINGS  MUST be worn while entering and exiting church, they may be removed whilst seated and worn whilst singing
If you have been SHIELDING or feeling unwell you are advised to WORSHIP at home, the service will be live streamed.

SEE YOU ALL ON SUNDAY in CHURCH or ONLINE at 9.30am and 11am.

So one of the set readings for next Sunday is from Joshua 1. A very appropriate reading for the current uncertainty and fear that's sweeping throughout the world...
'This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.'

THE NEW RECTORY BUILDING

Prayer is an essential part of the Christian life.  So please feel free to join us for an informal time when we meet to pray for each other, ourselves, our
families, our community and our country...and whatever else needs prayed for!

‘Christian prayer is the most important activity of our lives.’
Nicky Gumbel

When I pray coincidences happen and when I don’t they don't.’

GENESIS:AM
SUNDAYS at 11am

It is our secondary school alternative to Sunday School which leaves a safe and open place for young people to explore the bigger questions that life can throw at us.

We will be using 'NUA', a new resource created by Scripture Union in the form of a film series that encourages questions, acknowledges doubt, and offers an engaging perspective on the Christian faith.

Snacks will be provided! So come along for a great time of fun, food and fellowship!

See you on Sunday!

'Prayer Time' every Wednesday @ 10am in the church.  Please join us for this informal gathering.  Coffee and Tea also available!

Please join with us as we continue to pray for our community, our families, each other AND our country!

The Prayer of Faith
James 5 13-16
13 Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.
16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.
The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
